Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Singapore. The individual in this position will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities, building relationships with stakeholders, and contributing to the growth and visibility of RLA's initiatives. Responsibilities include implementing sales strategies, supporting marketing efforts, and conducting research to support development and resilience activities. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners to promote learning, innovation, and best practices will also be a key focus of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong business development and sales management skills, including identifying opportunities, building partnerships, and contributing to revenue generation.
- Proficiency in marketing and marketing support activities, with knowledge of campaigns, outreach strategies, and digital platforms to promote the organization's initiatives.
- Experience in conducting research, analyzing data, and developing insights to support strategic decision-making and project goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Proven ability to work in a hybrid work environment, balancing office presence in Singapore with remote tasks as needed.
- Familiarity with international development, resilience-building strategies, or the nonprofit sector is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Development Studies, or a related field is preferred.
