Business Development Manager (Sales-Focused)

What you'll bring to the table:
2-4 years of proven business development or sales experience in an agency, marketing, or creative environment
Fearless attitude toward prospecting, pitching, and closing deals
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills - you can sell ice to an Eskimo (almost)
Strong networking abilities and comfort engaging with decision-makers at all levels
Understanding of 360 marketing solutions: branding, digital/social media campaigns, website design & development, and integrated creative services
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Data-driven mindset: able to track pipelines, forecast opportunities, and report on results
What you'll be doing:
Lead Generation & Outreach
Identify and reach out to potential clients across different industries
Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Client Engagement & Relationship Building
Build relationships with prospects and understand their business needs
Arrange and attend meetings to present the agency's services
Sales & Proposal Support
Work with the team to prepare proposals and presentations
Present solutions to clients with guidance where needed
Pipeline & Reporting
Track leads, opportunities, and conversions
Report on sales activities and progress
Collaboration & Growth
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients
Contribute ideas for new business opportunities and partnerships
