We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Business Development professional to join our growing sustainability-focused organization. This is a pure sales role suited for someone who thrives on building relationships, driving revenue, and engaging with senior decision-makers.
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across target industries
Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers
Drive end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting to deal closure
Develop and deliver compelling client proposals, including solutioning and commercial structuring
Develop strategic account plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets
Position and promote the company's sustainability services, including advisory, training, and audit solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions based on client needs
Stay informed on sustainability trends, ESG frameworks, and market developments
5-8 years of proven experience in business development or sales (B2B environment)
Strong track record of revenue generation and achieving sales targets
Experience engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives
Demonstrated experience in proposal development and client-facing presentations
Exposure to regional or global markets is advantageous
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Passion or interest in sustainability, ESG, or environmental impact initiatives
Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
A hunter mindset with strong commercial acumen
Someone who is confident, articulate, and able to influence decision-makers
A purpose-driven individual aligned with sustainability and long-term impact
Ability to operate in a regional or global client environment
