Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Business Development professional to join our growing sustainability-focused organization. This is a pure sales role suited for someone who thrives on building relationships, driving revenue, and engaging with senior decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across target industries

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers

  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting to deal closure

  • Develop and deliver compelling client proposals, including solutioning and commercial structuring

  • Develop strategic account plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets

  • Position and promote the company's sustainability services, including advisory, training, and audit solutions

  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions based on client needs

  • Stay informed on sustainability trends, ESG frameworks, and market developments

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of proven experience in business development or sales (B2B environment)

  • Strong track record of revenue generation and achieving sales targets

  • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives

  • Demonstrated experience in proposal development and client-facing presentations

  • Exposure to regional or global markets is advantageous

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Passion or interest in sustainability, ESG, or environmental impact initiatives

  • Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
