Position Summary

As we scale our commercial operations across Singapore, we are looking for driven BD professionals across all experience levels to join our team. An experienced leader ready to drive strategy, manage a BD team, and own revenue outcomes across GP clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and corporate channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop BD executives and key account managers
  • Set team KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and drive a high-performance culture
  • Develop and execute strategic BD plans to penetrate new accounts and expand existing relationships
  • Own quarterly and annual revenue targets across assigned verticals
  • Lead tender management from preparation through to submission and follow-through
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to optimise BD approach
  • Serve as primary point of escalation for key account issues
  • Prepare pipeline updates, BD reports, and revenue forecasts for senior management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field
  • Min. 5 years in medical device/healthcare sales at least 2 years in a team lead or managerial role
  • Proven track record consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of Singapore's healthcare ecosystem (GP clinics, hospitals, PCN networks, pharmacy channels)
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possession of own transport is an added advantage
