Business Development Manager

- Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm,
- Monthly Salary: Basic up to $7000 + Variable Bonus (VB)

Responsibility
- Oversee product lifecycle during the commercialization phase and contribute to the overall product roadmap.
- Develop product forecasts and track financial performance to ensure business objectives are met.
- Executemarket introduction plans and manage product performance at the individual product level.
- Establish and refine operative pricing guidelines, including defining Volume Purchase Agreement (VPA) pricing structures and limits.
- Support Product Marketing initiatives by contributing to product strategy development and Bluebook preparation.
Requirement
- Minimum degree in Electronic, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional working experience.
- Experience in cables or sealants application is considered an advantage.
- Proven successes and experience in leading complex pricing negotiations with lead or focus customers
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively.
- Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
