Responsibilities:
.Drive volumes and profitability for the trade lane through well-articulated and achievable action plans and associated processes.
.Identify and address areas of improvement to optimize volumes and profitability.
.Identify growth opportunities for new lanes, working closely with countries to ensure optimal pricing practices and the timely establishment of services.
.Collaborate with the extended sales teams to identify key opportunities in the pipeline, including active participation in the RFQ process.
.Develop and maintain a comprehensive Trade Lane Sales strategy, conducting periodic conference calls with all relevant stakeholders.
.To achieve revenue generation, profit, and expense objectives for the specific trade lane.
.Provide monthly Sales status reports to management, including volume and income variances.
Requirements:
.Candidate must possess 2-3 years of sales hunting role.
.Minimum of a Diploma in any related field.
.Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record in acquiring new customers.
.Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
.Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities focus on driving results and delivering value.
.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite experience with logistics management software is a plus.
.Ability to understand, analyse and communicate complex data to internal and external stakeholders.
