A well-established food distribution company supplying high-quality fresh produce, gourmet meats, specialty products to restaurants, hotels and other F&B establishments. We are seeking a young highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our dynamic sales team as a Sales Assistant Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Business Development Manager with customer orders and order processing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery.
- Assist with sales reports and data entry.
- Assist with sales promotions and marketing activities.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service, sales support, or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of hardware industry is a plus.
