Business Development Manager

Act as liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of issues.
Monitor project progress and deliverables, providing updates to clients and stakeholders.
Help prepare reports and presentations for client meetings.

Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field. Previous experience in account management or customer service within the IT industry is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software
