Key Responsibilities

• Execute the business development strategy and close deals through networking, lead tracking, and targeted outreach to key client groups
• Deliver sales presentations and tailored solutions that support the company's marketing strategy
• Manage tender and EOI processes, working with management, stakeholders, and the CRM
• Build and maintain client relationships, including new, existing, and former contacts
• Gather market intelligence on competitors, industry trends, and upcoming projects
• Negotiate with clients to drive revenue and profit growth
• Collaborate with the Global Business Development team on cross-regional opportunities
• Attend management and weekly sales meetings, working toward sales targets

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development, with compulsory experience in interior design, furniture, or construction
• Interior design background is an advantage
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• Resourceful, meticulous, with a positive can do attitude
