Job Description

Sales Support & Opportunity Qualification

  • Understand customer pain points, requirements, and buying intent.
  • Schedule appointments, product demonstrations, or meetings for the field sales or business development team.
  • Ensure smooth handover of qualified leads to sales managers.

Deal Pursuit & Bid Desk Assistance

  • Collaborate with presales and delivery teams to create compelling business cases for opportunities.
  • Present high-level solutions and articulate clear value propositions.
  • Support contract management activities before and after sales, including tasks such as bank guarantee facilitation.

Customer Engagement

  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and follow up on marketing-generated leads.
  • Provide accurate product/service information while maintaining professional communication.
  • Build strong relationships with prospects to increase conversion confidence.

CRM Data Management

  • Record all interactions, lead statuses, and sales activities accurately in CRM systems.
  • Maintain clean and updated data to support forecasting and analytics.
  • Track and monitor KPIs such as call volume, email outreach, conversion rates, and meeting bookings.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, lead generation, or customer engagement preferred.
  • Exposure to B2B sales, IT services, SaaS, or technology solutions is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates with strong communication skills will also be considered.

Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to build quick rapport.
  • Good understanding of sales processes and qualification techniques.
  • Comfortable with outbound calling and digital outreach tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Highly organized, disciplined, and capable of managing multiple leads simultaneously.
