We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team and drive growth in the Southeast Asia region especially the Banking/CIT Cash Center area. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities for our specified products within target accounts. This role involves collaborating closely with local sales representatives (dealers), customer engineering and application teams, and internal marketing and engineering resources to deliver technical solutions and drive sales.
Responsibilities:
Develop and Manage Dealer Network: Maintain existing customer relationships, identify and cultivate new dealer partnerships, and explore new sales opportunities across the Southeast Asia region.
Dealer Support and Training: Provide dealers with comprehensive product and solution information, marketing materials, and competitive intelligence. Conduct training sessions to educate dealers on our products and technologies, fostering discussions and identifying potential applications for customers.
Market Analysis and Action Planning: Closely monitor market trends, assess dealer needs, and make recommendations. Collaborate with dealers to develop project-specific action plans and provide consistent follow-up to ensure successful execution.
Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key technical, application, and qualification resources at designated accounts.
Technical Support: Provide pre-sales and/or after-sales technical support to dealers in the Southeast Asia region.
Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the PayComplete APAC team to identify marketing needs, develop marketing strategies, and prepare quotations.
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit monthly sales and market analysis reports, providing insights into market trends and performance.
Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of business segments such as Retail, Banking, CIT, and Cash Center is highly advantageous.
Requirements:
Bachelor&aposs degree in Engineering, Sales, or Marketing.
Experience in technical sales (minimum 5 years).
Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical principles is advantageous.
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills.
Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
Strong initiative and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
