Position Summary
ParaDM Pte Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive the expansion of its enterprise software solutions across Singapore and South East Asia. This roleis ideal for an enterprising individual with a proven track record in enterprise software sales, who is resourceful, a go-getter, and capable of working effectively with minimum resources. The successful candidate will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and achieving significant revenue growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities
. Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in Singapore and South East Asia.
. Identify and qualify new business opportunities, focusing on mid-market to large enterprises across key industries.
. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their business needs and positioning ParaDM's solutions effectively.
. Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential growth areas.
. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development, technical support) to ensure seamless client engagementand solution delivery.
. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to C-level executives and key stakeholders.
. Negotiate and close complex sales deals, ensuring favorable terms for ParaDM.
. Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on business development activities and pipeline status.
. Identify, recruit and develop potential channel partners
. Represent ParaDM at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Qualifications
. Experience: Minimum of 3years of progressive experience in enterprise software sales, with a strong focus on Document Management Systems (DMS), Enterprise Content Management(ECM), or related solutions.
. Entrepreneurial Spirit: Demonstrated experience in starting a business, running a business operation, or leading significant business initiatives with limited resources. This indicates a proactive, self-starter mentality and a strong sense of ownership.
. Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Singapore and South East Asian business landscape, with a proven ability to navigate diverse cultural and business environments.
. Sales Acumen: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with a track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas.
. Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts related to eDMS, workflow automation, and collaboration platforms.
. Resourcefulness: Proven ability to achieve ambitious goals with creativity and efficiency, even when faced with resource constraints.
. Go-Getter Mentality: Highly self-motivated, tenacious, and driven to succeed, with a strong desire to take initiative and drive results.
