Our client is an events company and they have a job opening for the Business Development Manager position
This role focuses on the end-to-end sales cycle, combining business development with operational event execution. The position requires a proactive professional who can independently hunt for new clients, manage high-level negotiations, and oversee the administrative and logistical details of successful corporate events.
Sales & Revenue Generation: Prospecting for new clients, identifying their needs, and securing sales to meet or exceed established revenue targets.
Relationship Management: Leading sales pitches and meetings independently providing timely follow-ups via various channels to handle negotiations and objections.
Proposal & Financial Admin: Writing detailed proposals and quotations, as well as managing the invoicing and payment collection process.
Event Planning & Execution: Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all events are executed according to the client's requirements.
Strategic Input: Assisting in the refinement of the company's sales strategies and internal processes to improve efficiency.
