Job Description

Outsource2us is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to support business growth by identifying new opportunities and building strong relationships with SMEs and startups in Singapore.

The role involves promoting the company's corporate services, accounting, and compliance solutions while supporting client acquisition and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for corporate services and accounting solutions.

• Build and maintain relationships with SMEs, startups, and business partners.

• Conduct client meetings and presentations to introduce company services.

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up on potential leads.

• Support business development strategies to expand the company's client base.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Accountancy, or related field.

• Preferably 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven mindset.

• Experience in corporate services, accounting firms, or professional services will be an advantage.
