Business Development Manager (Oil & Gas / Metals Industry)

Job Highlights

• Location: Tuas (Transport provided from various MRT)

• Salary: Up to SGD 10,000

• Benefits : AWS, VB

• 5 Days Work Week, 8.00AM to 4.30PM

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand business opportunities within existing key accounts and new markets

• Identify and drive new opportunities across industries such as Oil & Gas, Industrial, Aerospace, and Construction

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue growth targets

• Conduct market research and analyse industry trends, competitors, and customer needs

• Develop and execute business strategies to enhance market presence and revenue streams

• Prepare forecasts, business plans, and account development strategies

• Identify and engage new supply chain partners (e.g., mills, subcontractors)

• Ensure regular engagement with existing clients to support long-term partnerships

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Business Management or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in Oil & Gas or Metals industry is advantageous

• Familiarity with Asia Pacific markets (e.g., China, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Vietnam, Malaysia) is a plus

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to travel overseas (approximately once a month)

• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across different markets and cultures
