Role Purpose:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving company growth by securing new business opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding the company's market presence through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify, research, and pursue new markets and client opportunities.
Develop and implement business growth strategies.
Prepare and present business proposals and tenders. - Client Relationship Management
Build long-term partnerships with clients and key stakeholders.
Understand client needs and provide customized solutions.
Ensure consistent client engagement and satisfaction. - Sales & Revenue Management
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements with clients.
Track pipeline opportunities and close deals effectively. - Marketing & Networking
Collaborate with marketing for promotional campaigns.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions.
Enhance brand positioning in targeted markets. - Reporting & Monitoring
Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Recommend improvements for business operations and sales strategy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Industry knowledge (customize: IT / Engineering / Trading / Services) is advantageous.
