Manager Enterprise Sales
Location: Singapore (Remote Work from Home)
Salary: Up to SGD 5,000 per month

About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Business Development Manager
Enterprise Sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track
record in IT services and solutions sales, with strong expertise in enterprise client
acquisition, relationship management, and deal closure.
This role is fully remote (work from home), but will require strong local market knowledge
and the ability to engage with enterprise clients across Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycles: lead generation, qualification, pitching,
proposal creation, negotiation, and closure.
Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for enterprise accounts across
industries (BFSI, Healthcare, Telecom, Retail, Government, etc.).
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using structured frameworks such as
BANT / MEDDIC.
Conduct regular prospecting and outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and
networking events.
Manage and grow long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
Collaborate with internal pre-sales, delivery, and technical teams to design and
present tailored solutions.
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and enterprise IT buying
behaviors.
Provide regular reporting and forecasting to management.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT services/solutions sales with a focus on
enterprise clients.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding enterprise sales quotas.
Strong knowledge of IT solutions such as:
o Digital Transformation / Cloud / DevOps
o Data Analytics / AI-ML / Cybersecurity
o Enterprise Applications (ERP, CRM, Custom Development)
Excellent lead generation and prospecting skills ability to open new accounts
independently.
Demonstrated success in complex deal structuring, negotiations, and closures.
Strong presentation, communication, and consultative selling skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot) for pipeline management.
Strong executive presence and ability to engage with C-level stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
Singaporean Citizen or Permanent Resident (mandatory).
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a hunter mindset.
