Business Development Manager
We are seeking a high-performing Business Development professional to drive growth in our IT staffing and services business. This is a revenue-focused role for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment, enjoys hunting for new business, and can convert opportunities into long-term client partnerships.
You will own the full sales cycle and play a key role in expanding our footprint across key accounts and new markets, working closely with recruitment teams to deliver quality talent solutions.
Key Responsibilities
. Drive end-to-end sales ownership - from cold outreach and pipeline generationto negotiation and deal closure
. Consistently build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive client acquisition and market mapping
. Identify and secure new business opportunities across IT staffing, contract hiring, and managed services
. Engaged decision-makers (HR, TA, hiring managers, procurement) to understand needs and position relevant solutions
. Work closely with recruiters to ensure fast turnaround and successful delivery, maximizing client satisfaction
. Manage and grow key accounts, driving repeat business and revenue expansion
. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets and KPIs
. Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and client hiring patterns
Skills & Experience
. 2-5years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within consulting firms, or with system integrators
. Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets/revenue quotas
. Strong understanding of contract staffing, permanent hiring, or managed services models
. Demonstrated ability to hunt, qualify, and close deals independently
. Strong commercial acumen with confident negotiation and stakeholder management skills
. Highly self-driven, resilient, and comfortable working in a performance-based environment
Nice to Have
. Existing network within technology hiring or enterprise clients
. French-language proficiency is a strong advantage, as the role involves working closely with French clients and stakeholders in Singapore
