Job Summary

Drive business growth by developing new customers and securing lift installation projects while managing client relationships and coordinating project execution with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers to expand business opportunities in the lift industry
• Source and secure new lift installation projects to contribute to company revenue growth
• Build and sustain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Prepare detailed quotations and negotiate commercial terms to close deals effectively
• Monitor and follow up on enquiries and potential projects to ensure timely conversion
• Collaborate with project teams to align on project requirements and ensure smooth project execution
• Work independently with self-motivation to achieve sales targets and business objectives

Requirements

• Experience in sales or business development
• Experience in the construction, lift, or engineering industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to influence client decisions
• Good interpersonal skills to maintain positive customer relationships
