Role Description

We are seeking a Business Development Associate / Manager to support the growth of our structured digital asset investment business. The role involves client acquisition, relationship management, and close collaboration with internal product, operations, and compliance teams. This position offers exposure to institutional distribution, structured products, and Singapore's regulated digital asset ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of business development and sales activities for structured investment products offered under current Singapore regulatory framework.

  • Identify, approach, and assist in on-boarding institutional and accredited investors, including family offices, funds, and professional trading firms.

  • Maintain and develop long-term relationships with existing clients, supporting ongoing product distribution and servicing needs.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (product, operations, legal, and compliance) to ensure smooth client on-boarding and transaction execution.

  • Prepare client-facing materials, proposals, pitch decks, and basic performance summaries in support of senior business development team members.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to support product positioning and sales strategy.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress using internal systems.

  • Support broader business development initiatives to achieve revenue and growth objectives.

Requirements

  • 1-4 years of experience in business development, sales, relationship management, or other client-facing roles within financial services.

  • Background in asset management, wealth management, brokerage, structured products, or capital markets is strongly preferred.

  • Basic understanding of financial markets and investment products experience working with institutional or accredited investors is an advantage.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credibility and trust with professional clients.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with multiple internal stakeholders.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a strong willingness to learn.

  • Ability to operate in a regulated environment and adhere to compliance-driven processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior exposure to digital assets, DPT-related products, or alternative investments.

  • Understanding of, or strong interest in, block-chain technology and its applications in financial markets.

  • Experience working in or with Singapore-regulated financial institutions.

  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) to support regional and international client communication.
