We are currently looking for a strategic leader to join our Business Development team as an Senior Manager/ AVP of Sales, ASEAN, based in Singapore. This is a critical leadership role that will be instrumental in expanding our footprint across the ASEAN region within the BFSI and Fintech sectors, driving strategic partnerships, revenue growth, and positioning Mindgate as a trusted payments & transaction banking partner.
Role Objective
The AVP of Sales for ASEAN will be responsible for actively pursuing and closing high-value deals and opportunities for Mindgate Solutions. This role will involve building and managing a robust sales pipeline, developing the sales and market structure for the region, and representing Mindgate at key industry conferences. The AVP will be responsible for both hunting for new business and farming existing accounts to meet and exceed sales targets.
