Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to grow revenue in precision manufacturing markets.
Identify, develop, and manage new and existing customer accounts, including OEMs and MNCs.
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and manage long-term customer partnerships.
Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and commercial negotiations in coordination with internal teams.
Work closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
Drive new project acquisition from RFQ to mass production stage.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
Achieve sales targets, manage sales forecasts, and report on pipeline and performance.
Handle customer inquiries, DO/DA matters, RMA, and commercial discussions as required.
Represent the company at customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of sales or business development experience in precision manufacturing or related industries.
Strong understanding of machining, fabrication, or surface treatment processes is an advantage.
Proven track record in sales growth and key account management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
Willingness to travel and support business needs as required.
