The Business Development Manager role:
Sell sponsorship packages and exhibition space across world-class, large-scale B2B events
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching through to closing deals
Book and lead meetings to uncover client needs, demonstrate value, and position sponsorship as a strong investment
Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive retention and repeat business
About you:
At least 1 year of B2B sales experience, ideally within event sales
Positive, ambitious, and resilient, with a strong drive to succeed
A true new business hunter, confident building relationships, hitting targets, and picking up the phone

Flexible working model: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
Competitive base salary between SGD 60,000 SGD 100,000 per year (depending on experience), plus a generous and achievable commission structure of SGD 24,000 SGD 40,800 per year
