Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target new business opportunities in animation, motion graphics, visual effects, and interactive content through market research, client referrals, cold calling, and direct outreach.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to uncover potential growth areas.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure repeat business and long-term success.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to showcase the studios capabilities and meet client needs.
- Collaborate with creative and production teams to develop proposals and ensure seamless project delivery.
- Translate client visions and objectives into clear, concise briefs for producers.
- Prepare price quotations, manage sales contracts, handle invoicing, and maintain accurate client records.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Manage and grow existing accounts, upselling services based on client needs.
- Support administrative tasks, including approvals, submissions, and reconciliations, to ensure smooth operations.
- Drive sales targets through a mix of new business development and account management.
Who Were Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in agency or advertising, with a strong focus on client relationship building.
- Proven people management skills, particularly for manager-level candidates.
- Project management experience is a plus but not essential.
- Proactive, collaborative, and passionate about fostering creative partnerships.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.
