Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients, including corporate accounts, event organizers, and other travel agents.
  • Build, maintain, and nurture strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients, partners (e.g., hotels, Tickets wholesalers, Transportor), and stakeholders to ensure sustainable growth and client retention.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development and sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets and company growth objectives.
  • Prepare customized business proposals and presentations for potential clients, negotiating contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals.
  • Maintain updated and in-depth knowledge of all company products, services, promotions, and technologies, as well as general knowledge of the broader travel industry.
  • Track and report on business development activities, sales pipeline status, and performance metrics to management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and expand the professional network.
