Job Description

Responsibility

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Singapore government agencies.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with key government stakeholders.
  • Position IT solutions such as cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and enterprise applications to meet client needs.
  • Lead tender and proposal management, ensuring compliance with government procurement guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for successful solution implementation.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets through strategic planning and execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and government initiatives to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in IT solution sales, with at least 3 years focused on the Singapore government sector.
  • Strong network and established connections with government agencies.
  • Proven track record in consultative selling and account management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • Familiarity with government procurement processes and compliance standards.
  • Advantageous: Experience with GovTech projects and large-scale IT solution deals.
