About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced, motivated, and proactive candidate to join our team. This role will focus on expanding our custody business.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the business development and sales effort in Singapore;
  • Expand customers and sales channels, including managing existing accounts;
  • Conduct post-market analysis upon feedback from clients to give advice on design and iteration of new innovative products and marketing;
  • Execute onboarding processes including contract signing, new user training and relevant administrative work such as updating sales decks, user scenario solutions, bidding documents, etc;
  • Prepare and analyze quarterly sales reports through strong understanding of the digital assets custody industry;
  • Support relevant licensing application for Cactus Custody;
  • Be up to date with trends in the industry.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience within the crypto or blockchain industry; Candidates from the traditional financial industry must able to demonstrate strong crypto or blockchain knowledge;
  • Passion for developing new business, innovative problem-solving, and a commitment to client service;
  • Strong sales and business development experience;
  • Track record of strong relationship building capabilities with banks, funds, family offices, etc;
  • Track record of achieving targets relating to the generation of leads, onboarding clients and brand awareness;
  • Ability to withstand pressure and a strong sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit, and good communication and coordination skills.
