Job Description

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in construction, infrastructure, and related sectors.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company growth and sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, consultants, contractors, and government agencies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential clients to generate leads.
  • Prepare proposals, tenders, and quotations in coordination with the estimation and project teams.
  • Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
  • Attend networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings to represent the company professionally.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, project management, and finance) to ensure successful project delivery.
