About the Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will identify new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and work closely with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs. You will also contribute to strategic planning and play a key role in achieving the company's growth targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue and market expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and business cases for potential clients.
- Negotiate and close commercial agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product, finance) to deliver tailored client solutions.
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market developments to inform business strategy.
- Track, analyze, and report on key sales and business development metrics.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 37 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
- Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with ability to identify opportunities and execute effectively.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in English; other language skills are a plus.
