Minimum 4 -5 years experience in construction industry and having knowledge of the construction business and marketplace in Singapore.
Able to work long hours at site and handle new site visits. Night shift required to handle site issues. Sometimes public holidays required wok.
Able to identify new market projects and seek potential business opportunities.
Manage and build positive relationships with existing clients and new clients.
Responsibilities:
Regular Site Visits and required long hours at site for coordination. Public holidays required to work.
Able to handle site plan and material and site tool box meetings daily.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships while supporting the tender and business development team, project clients and consultants in their tender bids.
Manage relationship with existing and potential clients to develop new opportunities and advance organization's business interests.
Conversant with local authorities requirements and engineering standards.
