Key Responsibilities:
. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive sales activities, including cold calls, client visits, and networking.
. Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients while continuously expanding the customer base.
. Manage and grow your own portfolio of clients, leveraging existing relationships to generate new revenue streams.
. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and increase market share.
. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
. Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to customer needs.

Requirements:
. Prior experience in freight forwarding (Air & Ocean) is essential.
. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing an active client portfolio.
. Possess a strong hunter mentality, with a demonstrated ability to identify, engage, and close new business opportunities.
. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
. Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
. Strong business acumen and ability to understand logistics and supply chain solutions.
