Business Development Manager (Interior Design / CRM / Central-North Region)

Job Summary

• Job Title: Business Development Manager

• Industry: Interior Design and Renovation

• Location: Near Lentor MRT

Main Responsibilities

• Identify and capitalize on high-margin business opportunities and develop long-term objectives to secure market share.

• Explore alternative growth channels such as joint ventures or sub-contracts, and source competitive pricing from vendors.

• Actively visit direct and indirect clients to broaden the customer base and serve as the primary liaison between the company and the market.

• Represent the brand at trade shows and exhibitions. Build relationships with overseas agents and vendors through hosting in Singapore or attending international conferences.

• Gather and analyze data on competitors to inform business strategies.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent, and prior experience in the interior design or construction sectors.

• Demonstrated expertise in business development, strategic planning, and lead generation.

• Strong ability to negotiate effectively and manage client relationships(CRM).

• Proficient in researching market trends to spot viable business opportunities.
