Business Development Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by maintaining strong client relationships, creating new business opportunities, and expanding distribution of our Green washroom hygiene products locally and overseas.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong customer support and service to existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Identify and develop new business opportunities by promoting differentiated product offerings to increase top-line revenue
• Expand distribution channels focusing on Green and sustainable products with local and overseas companies
• Develop and implement effective sales kits to differentiate from competitors and attract potential clients
• Execute growth strategies based on Go Green and recyclable/sustainable product initiatives with clear planning and follow-through
• Learn and apply product knowledge through provided training to effectively communicate product benefits
• Travel independently to meet customers using own transport to build and maintain client relationships
• Work autonomously with confidence and strong interpersonal skills to engage and influence clients

Other Information

• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm
• Own transport vehicle preferred for customer visits
• Singaporean / PR
• Age 40 and above
