Job Description
- Identify potential clients and able to work with the key decision-making chains and identify clients actual needs.
- Create effective business opportunities by building trust through relationship building.
- Able to independently explain the product solutions to clients. Clearly articulate the competitiveness of the product solutions and the business value that can be created for the client.
- Use a series of sales strategy such as influence, strategic communication to convert business opportunities and to achieve a win-win situation with clients.
- Provide customers with full life-cycle support, integrate all resources to ensure project landing, and resolve any complains from clients.
- Interview, Recurit and train department joinor staff.
The Successful Applicant
- A bachelor's degree in business management or similar
- At least 5 years related working experience in business develpment sides
- Proven success in exceeding sales targets and driving enterprise growth.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and uncover opportunities.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments.
- HR related knowledge
- Willing to travel to overseas.
