As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in acquiring dtcpay's growing client base, particularly institutional clients through consistent, high-quality communication across digital channels.

You will work closely with the Head of Institutional Sales to drive revenue growth, expand the client portfolio, and convert opportunities into active users, serving as a key driver of sales execution and market penetration.

Work Arrangement: Fully On-site

Office Location: YSY Building, 139 Cecil Street

What You'll Do:

  • Proactively identify, prospect, cultivate and manage relationships with institutional clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow institutional clients acquisition to drive trading volume.
  • Establish and maintain high level relationships with existing key customers, target customers and industry stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Compliance, Legal and Tech teams to ensure all collaborations align with local and regional regulations.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to enhance ROI and optimize conversions across all institution partnership channels.
  • Stay current on crypto market trends, regulations and the competitive landscape.
  • Maintain detailed communication logs and follow-ups within CRM tools for transparency and reporting.
  • Support reporting and pipeline tracking with regular updates to management on client performance and engagement metrics.

What are we looking for:

  • 2 - 5 years of experience in business development, ideally within fintech, payments, or financial services.
  • Fluent in English andMandarin (written and spoken) to liaise effectively with regional clients.
  • Possesses a hunter-driven approach, with a proven ability to identify, target, and win high-value clients in competitive markets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in handling clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Good understanding of digital payments, blockchain, or virtual asset products preferred.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience working with regulated environments (MAS, compliance-heavy workflows) is a strong advantage.
