Job Scope:
- New Business Development (Primary Focus)
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within industrial zones, dormitories, and site-based operations.
- Leverage existing networks and proactively build new relationships with HR, Operations, Facilities, and Procurement stakeholders.
- Drive market entry into industrial and institutional catering segments, including Jurong Island and similar environments.
- End-to-End Sales Ownership
- Own the fullsales process from lead generation, qualification, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Prepare competitive quotations, commercial proposals, and cost-per-pax pricing models.
- Follow through on all enquiries and opportunities to ensure timely and successful closure.
- Solution-BasedSelling
- Understand customer operational requirements such as shift schedules, manpower volumes, delivery windows, and compliance needs.
- Work closely with internal operations and kitchen teams to structure practical, scalable catering solutions.
- Position the company as a long-term catering partner, not just a food supplier.
- Account Handover & Relationship Building
- Ensure smooth onboarding and handover of new accounts to operations teams post contract award.
- Maintain strong relationships during the initial contract phase to secure renewals and referrals.
- Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and pricing within the industrial catering space.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular updates on opportunities, forecasts, and closed deals.
