Job Scope:
- Business Development & Market Strategy
- Find and secure new catering business from schools, corporates, campuses, and events.
- Create strategies to meet revenue and profit targets while keeping a strong pipeline of clients and tenders.
- Track market trends, competitors, and regulations to support business growth.
- Project Execution & Contract Management
- Lead pre-launch planning and manage projects from feasibility to handover.
- Create pricing models, cost analyses, and SOPs to support scalable operations.
- Prepare tenders, proposals, and contracts, including negotiating terms.
- Work with various departments to ensure projects are delivered on time and transitioned smoothly to operations.
- Performance Oversight & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor post-launch performance and take action to protect profitability.
- Support operational and financial goals with strategic guidance.
- Help develop KPIs, reporting tools, and performance tracking.
- Identify ways to improve operations, boost efficiency, and increase profits.
Additional Information:
- Minimum 3-7 years of experience in business development or commercial management within the F&B sector.
- Possess strong commercial acumen, including expertise in pricing strategies, cost modeling, and P&L management.
- Well-versed in F&B operations, kitchen processes, and supply chain management.
- Skilled in project management with the ability to handle multiple tenders and launches concurrently.
