Job Description:

  • Explore and develop new business opportunities with non-Japanese companies.
  • Evaluate and define key target markets and industry trends.
  • Conduct market research to identify business drivers, entry barriers, and key competitors.
  • Develop market penetration strategies with short-,medium-, and long-term plans.
  • Identify new potential clients within target markets and leverage the company's value proposition.
  • Understand customers business drivers, strategic objectives, internal investment priorities, and key stakeholders to inform account strategies.
  • Contribute best-practice business models tailored to different target market segments.
  • Define market propositions, develop sales strategies, identify target customers, and drive actionable plans to meet individual and company objectives.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, including validated leads and deal closure commitments.

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a System Integrator (SI) environment or related industry.
  • Proven experience in new market exploration, lead generation, and closing complex deals.
  • Experience working on Network, Infrastructure, Security, or related solutions relevant certifications are an advantage.
  • Strong background in client engagement and consultative selling.
  • Experience in developing IT strategies, with a track record of at least one transformational engagement within the IT industry.
  • Solid understanding of market trends, industry dynamics, and emerging technologies.
  • Strong sales presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability in solution selling and generating new business with both new and existing clients.
  • Good understanding of relevant technologies and applications.
