Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Design and execute comprehensive business roadmaps to hit aggressive growth targets and align with long-term regional objectives.

  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain high-level executive partnerships across the automotive value chain, ensuring exceptional service standards and client retention.

  • Revenue Generation: Drive the full sales lifecycle for the Singapore market, overseeing both the expansion of existing accounts and the acquisition of new business.

  • Internal Synergy: Partner with cross-functional leadership and global product teams to synchronize market approach and maximize competitive advantage.

  • Market Intelligence: Proactively scout for emerging leads and industry shifts, managing the conversion of opportunities through independent initiative.

  • Operational Excellence: Lead regular pipeline reviews and provide data-backed sales forecasts to senior management.

  • Technical Consulting: Translate complex client requirements into actionable project scopes, collaborating with engineering teams to deliver bespoke hardware/software solution proposals.

Candidate Requirements

  • Academic Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline.

  • Professional Depth: Minimum of 5+ years of proven success in technical sales or account management.

  • Domain Expertise: Strong fluency in Automotive, Power, and Renewable Energy sectors.

  • Adaptability: A high learning quotient with a genuine fascination for evolving technology and industrial trends.

  • Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation prowess and the ability to deliver high-impact presentations to C-suite stakeholders.
