Job Description

We are a trusted recruitment and manpower outsourcing partner, providing tailored talent solutions to businesses across Singapore. As we strengthen our presence in the market, we are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth and client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across Singapore through proactive outreach and networking.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their workforce challenges and offering tailored recruitment solutions.

  • Work closely with recruiters to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.

  • Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, proposal development, contract negotiations, and deal closure.

  • Keep abreast of manpower trends, client demands, and competitor movements in the Singapore market.

  • Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets and company growth objectives.

  • Actively participate in business networking events and represent the company professionally.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related discipline (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Minimum 3-5 years proven experience in business development, client acquisition, or account management in the recruitment, outsourcing, or HR services sector.

  • Strong business acumen, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Results-oriented, resilient, and able to work both independently and in a team environment.

  • Familiarity with Singapore's manpower landscape and employment regulations is advantageous.
