(1) Job Summary
- Our client runs a boutique law firm specialising in HNW and UNHW clienteles in Singapore and they are seeking a motivated and commercially minded Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and support our expanding business development activities.
- If selected, you will lead research on prospective clients and industry trends, prepare compelling proposals and presentations, and support client engagement initiatives.
- You will work closely with internal teams to coordinate business activities and help deliver high-quality outcomes that strengthen client relationships and contribute to revenue objectives.
(2) Job Scope
- Conduct research on prospective clients, existing clients, and industry trends to uncover new opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
- Manage the preparation of requests for proposals, pitches, proposals, and client presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, assisting in client events and business-building initiatives.
- Coordinate business development activities including webinars and other engagement initiatives to strengthen market presence.
- Support internal teams in operational tasks that facilitate smooth delivery of client engagements.
- Assist with administrative functions including reporting, documentation, and upkeep of experience databases.
- Support marketing and social media efforts aligned with business development strategy.
- Travel occasionally to meet clients and attend industry events.
(3) Job Requirements
- High level of Mandarin proficiency is a must to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, business development, sales, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information professionally.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Highly organised with strong project management and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
