and industrial construction/renovation segments.
2) Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet revenue and growth targets.
3) Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to
prospective clients.
4) Negotiate project terms, pricing, and contracts in alignment with company policies.
5) Build and maintain long-term relationships with developers, architects, ID firms,
contractors, property managers, consultants, and other key stakeholders.
6) Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during pre-sales, sales, and
post-sales stages.
7) Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and support repeat business opportunities.
8) Market & Competitor Analysis
9) Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing benchmarks, customer needs, and
competitive positioning.
10) Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to guide strategic
decisions and product/service offerings.
11) Oversee tender submissions including sourcing opportunities, coordinating
documentation, reviewing contract terms, and ensuring timely submission.
12) Work closely with project, design, and estimation teams to develop accurate costing
and proposals.
13) Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve short- and
long-term targets.
14) Prepare monthly business development reports, forecasts, and performance metrics
for management review.
15) Contribute to annual budgeting and strategic planning processes.
