We support clients across industries such as F&B, hospitality, healthcare, aviation, logistics, and services, helping them build strong teams through both local and foreign manpower solutions.
As we continue to expand our client partnerships in Singapore and across the region, we are looking for a Business Development Manager (Senior) to help drive growth and build meaningful client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new client relationships across key sectors such as F&B, hospitality, healthcare, logistics, aviation, and services
- Lead the full business development cycle. This includes from prospecting and outreach to proposal development and deal closure
- Work closely with internal recruitment teams to understand hiring needs and translate them into effective hiring solutions
- Develop long-term partnerships with HR leaders, business owners, and key decision makers
- Prepare proposals, service agreements, and pricing discussions with clients
- Manage and grow a strong pipeline of opportunities while maintaining excellent client relationships
- Represent Hey Rocket at networking events, industry gatherings, and business forums
Requirements
- 3 - 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management
- Experience in recruitment, HR services, outsourcing, manpower supply, or B2B services is highly preferred
- Strong professional networks across multiple industries, with the ability to leverage relationships to open doors and generate new business opportunities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to developing opportunities
- Familiarity with the Singapore labour market will be an advantage
