Job Description
- Develop and execute business plans for consumer health portfolio expansion
- Build and maintain relationships with buyers, category managers, and distributors
- Negotiate annual sales targets and align revenue contributions with partners
- Drive channel and sales strategies, including trade marketing and promotions
- Manage pricing, promotion strategies and P&L
- Explore and secure new business opportunities for portfolio additions
- Plan and execute product launches and promotional activities in OTC channels
- Monitor market trends and pricing across channels during campaigns and events
- Identify cost efficiencies and cross-functional synergies
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- Experience in sales or business development within Consumer Health/OTC/ Healthcare/ Nutrition
- Proven success in launching and growing new products in Asia markets
- Strong understanding of global market trends and trade marketing strategies
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen and leadership skills
- Experience in startups or new product development is highly advantageous
