Maintain accurate CRM updates.
Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports.
Track KPIs including revenue, pipeline value, win rate, and sales cycle duration.
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Experience handling enterprise or mid-market clients.
Experience in technology / consulting / SaaS / enterprise solutions preferred.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to manage complex sales cycles.
Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
