Job Summary
Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and managing client relationships in construction and interior solutions. Support proposal preparation, sales pipeline management, market research, and cross-team coordination to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and interior design sector to expand the client base
- Engage potential clients and follow up on leads to convert prospects into customers
- Maintain professional client relationships by understanding requirements and providing tailored recommendations
- Facilitate smooth communication throughout project discussions to ensure client satisfaction
- Assist in preparing accurate quotations, proposals, and supporting materials aligned with project feasibility and costing
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely submission of proposals
- Manage sales pipeline activities including tracking leads, conducting follow-ups, and supporting sales conversion efforts to meet targets
- Conduct research on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform business strategies
- Collaborate with operations, design, and procurement teams to align client expectations with project execution
- Support basic marketing initiatives such as digital content coordination and client engagement campaigns to enhance business visibility
- Contribute to continuous improvement of internal workflows and client management processes to increase operational efficiency
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- BA's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, or project coordination(Candidates with experience in the renovation/interior design industry, particularly with both B2B and B2C sales exposure, will be highly preferred)
- Basic understanding of construction, interior design, or related industries
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience with design or visualization tools (e.g., SketchUp, Coohom) is advantageous but not mandatory
