Business Development Manager

. Conduct regular, in-depth analyses of our company's policies and processes to identify strategic opportunities and areas of improvement.

. Analyzing and reformulating existing and promising business contracts to maximize turnover.

. Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives. Develop overseas business operations

. Provide input on trends and set targets for execution to achieve strategic goals.

. Providing short and long-term actionable plans in consultation with the Directors.

. Provide training and input on techniques to support the successful execution of business strategies.

. Arrange and conduct business meetings with prospective clients.

Requirements:

. Extensive experience in business strategy and management.

. Proficient in Chinese, conversational and business.

. Ability to draft, decipher and negotiate business contracts.

. Exceptional understanding of contemporary market trends.

. Solid business acumen supplemented with decisiveness.

. Capacity to build rapport and motivate staff to ensure alignment with visions.
