Drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships and strengthening client relationships. Develop and execute sales and expansion strategies that increase revenue, brand presence and long-term business sustainability.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, target markets and revenue streams to support company growth
  • Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with organisational goals and performance targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, partners and stakeholders to secure long-term collaborations
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs and emerging opportunities
  • Prepare and present business proposals, partnership pitches and negotiations to potential clients and partners
  • Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, meetings, contract discussions and deal closure
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop promotional campaigns, packages and partnership initiatives
  • Monitor sales performance, revenue metrics and key performance indicators to evaluate strategy effectiveness
  • Prepare reports, forecasts and presentations for management to support strategic decision-making
  • Expand brand awareness through networking, industry events, outreach activities and strategic partnerships
  • Develop client retention strategies and follow-up plans to strengthen recurring business and loyalty
  • Negotiate pricing, terms and service agreements while ensuring alignment with company policies
  • Identify opportunities for new products, services or outlets based on market demand and customer insights
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and execution of new business accounts
  • Adapt strategies in response to market changes, business performance and management direction
