Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, target markets and revenue streams to support company growth
- Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with organisational goals and performance targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, partners and stakeholders to secure long-term collaborations
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs and emerging opportunities
- Prepare and present business proposals, partnership pitches and negotiations to potential clients and partners
- Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, meetings, contract discussions and deal closure
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop promotional campaigns, packages and partnership initiatives
- Monitor sales performance, revenue metrics and key performance indicators to evaluate strategy effectiveness
- Prepare reports, forecasts and presentations for management to support strategic decision-making
- Expand brand awareness through networking, industry events, outreach activities and strategic partnerships
- Develop client retention strategies and follow-up plans to strengthen recurring business and loyalty
- Negotiate pricing, terms and service agreements while ensuring alignment with company policies
- Identify opportunities for new products, services or outlets based on market demand and customer insights
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and execution of new business accounts
