Responsibilities:
- Identify and explore cross-functional opportunities across business units and customer touchpoints.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders at various levels within the Bank.
- Manage and optimize partnerships with business units to secure long-term collaboration and business growth.
- Co-develop marketing strategies and campaigns with the Banking Partner to achieve key performance indicators.
- Plan and implement product sequencing strategies aligned with the Bank's customer lifecycle
- Launch acquisition (cross-sell) and customer management (up-sell) campaigns in a timely and structured manner.
- Underwrite general insurance commercial line products within authorized limits.
- Provide quotations for new business and arrange facultative support when required.
- Ensure portfolio profitability and maintain desired loss ratios

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Development Manager
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- A good team player with the ability to multitask and work independently
